Description
A great Super Bowl snack if you’re trying to eat healthier! The best cheese to use would be mozzarella but I didn’t have any. The jalapeno harvarti tasted delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 can (120g Without Water) Tuna
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 5 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 5 slices Your Favourite Cheese
- Olive Oil, As Needed
Preparation
Mix tuna, mayo and mustard in a bowl.
Lay 1 teaspoon of the mix diagonally onto an egg roll wrapper. Top with a slice of cheese. Wrap it up by taking one corner over the tuna, bringing in the side corners, then rolling forward. Seal with olive oil.
Fry in a pan until golden brown.
