Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey Breast
  • Poultry Seasoning, To Taste
  • 3 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Carrots, Chopped Into Bite Size Pieces
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Low Sodium Red Kidney Beans
  • 8 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt, Plain, Fat Free

Preparation

In a large pot, add ground turkey breast and season with poultry seasoning. Add garlic and cook over medium heat.

Once turkey is cooked through, add tomato sauce. Stir in chili powder and Italian seasoning. Add carrots and lower heat to medium low. Cook covered for about 10 minutes.

Add beans. Cook for another 5–7 minutes, covered. Let rest for about 10 minutes off heat.

Serve with Greek yogurt for topping, if desired.
