Description
This recipe is delicious! My sister-in-law introduced this to us and I just had to have the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Onion
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cumin
- ¼ teaspoons Marjoram
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Oregano
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Ginger
- ½ teaspoons Dried Basil
- ½ teaspoons Thyme
- ½ teaspoons Sage
- ½ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Chill for about 1 hour. (If you forget to chill this ahead of time, it cooks up okay anyway!) Form into patties. Saute in olive oil.
