Nice lunch option using leftover Thanksgiving Day turkey!
Ingredients
- 2 slices Your Favorite Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Softened Sweet Cream Butter
- 2 slices Carved Turkey Meat
- 2 slices Swiss Cheese
Preparation
Lay sliced bread on a clean work surface and spread mayonnaise on each slice. Butter the other side of one slice of bread and add to a hot grill pan (or frying pan) butter side down. Add turkey and cheese slices, cover with the other slice of bread and butter the outside of that slice, face up. Cook 3 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Cut in half, plate and enjoy!
