Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Chia Seed
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Dairy Free Milk Of Your Choice)
- 1 piece (1-inch Size) Turmeric, Grated
- 1 piece (1/2-inch Size) Ginger, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon Real Maple Syrup
Preparation
In a container, combine chia with milk and stir. Let sit for 1 minute.
Add turmeric and ginger (and optional syrup) and stir again. Allow to soak for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour. Top as desired and enjoy!
Optional toppings include shredded unsweetened coconut (1 teaspoon) and fresh organic tropical fruit.
