A quick and esy recipe that makes a creamy, crunchy and delicious tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- ½ teaspoons Kosher Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper, Fresh-ground
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Chopped
- 2 whole Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded And Chopped
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Into a medium bowl add the sour cream and Greek yogurt and whisk it together. Add olive oil combo into the yogurt mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly. Add cucumbers and dill and mix. Serve and enjoy!
