Description
These Valentine’s Day Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are easy and quick to make, dairy-, gluten- and grain-free and loaded with sunflower butter and heart candies!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sunflower Butter No Salt Organic
- ½ cups Raw Sugar Or You Can Replace For Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ½ cups 70% Cacao Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cups Heart Candy
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl, whisk all the ingredients together, except white chocolate chips and heart candy. When all ingredients are combined, add chocolate chips and mix well.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon of batter onto tray with silicone mat or parchment paper. Sprinkle heart candy on top of cookies.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from baking sheet, otherwise cookies may break apart.
Makes 22 cookies.
