A healthy, crazy filling vegan treat that will remind you of a tropical pudding.
Ingredients
- ¾ cups Almond Or Coconut Milk
- ¼ cups Coconut Water
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut
Preparation
Mix all of your ingredients in a plastic container, put the lid on, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. I would suggest letting it set up overnight and serving the next day. Add some of your favorite fruit on top when serving.
