Ingredients
- ½ cups Rolled, Old Fashioned Oat (Gluten-free If Needed)
- ½ cups Strong Brewed Coffee
- ⅓ cups Non-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Plant Based For Vegan)
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Sweetener Of Choice, To Taste (I Used Stevia)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, sweetening to taste. Let sit in the refrigerater for at least 6 hours, up to overnight.
Devour the next morning!
