Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 whole Apple
  • ½ Tablespoons Maca Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • 50 milliliters Fresh Water
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 2 Tablespoons Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes

Preparation

Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Transfer everything to a bowl. Add all of the toppings.
