Ingredients
- FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
- 4-⅞ ounces, weight Frozen Uncooked Cauliflower
- 1-⅞ ounces, weight Fresh Blueberries
- ½ whole Banana
- 2 whole Figs
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
- 3-½ Tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-⅓ pinches Nondairy Milk
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 6 whole White Mulberries
- 2 whole Figs
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes
Preparation
Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Pour everything into a bowl. Add toppings.
