A tasty, light smoothie bowl.

Ingredients

  • FOR THE SMOOTHIE:
  • 4-⅞ ounces, weight Frozen Uncooked Cauliflower
  • 1-⅞ ounces, weight Fresh Blueberries
  • ½ whole Banana
  • 2 whole Figs
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds
  • 3-½ Tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • 3 tablespoons, 1 teaspoon, 2-⅓ pinches Nondairy Milk
  • FOR THE TOPPING:
  • 6 whole White Mulberries
  • 2 whole Figs
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes

Preparation

Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

Pour everything into a bowl. Add toppings.
