Description
Vegan chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients
- ⅔ cups Olive Oil
- 1-⅓ cup Brown Sugar
- ½ cups Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1-½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2-⅓ cups Cake Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 3-½ ounces, weight Vegan Dark Chocolate
Preparation
Heat oven to 170°C (340°F).
Combine oil with sugar and mix well. Add almond milk and vanilla and mix. Mix in cake flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Take out of the fridge and portion out into individual cookies. Lay cookies on a baking tin covered with baking paper.
Place the baking tin in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, allow to cool and enjoy.
