Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Flakes, Plus More For Coating
- ¼ cups Raw Almonds
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Beetroot Powder (optional )
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Blend until mixture can be molded by hand.
Make small bite-size balls with your hands. To coat, roll the balls over shredded coconut.
Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks or freeze for 2 months!
