Description
This is a super easy recipe that will please both kids and kids at heart. I made them in just a few minutes and my son went crazy over them, as did my husband.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Coconut Oil
- ¾ cups Cocoa Powder
- ½ cups Maple Syrup
- 1 dash Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Preparation
Melt coconut oil over low heat. When fully melted, whisk in cocoa powder, maple syrup and sea salt. Pour a small amount into mold (about 1/3 full). Then add a small dollop of peanut butter to each and cover with the remaining chocolate and place in freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. I had enough chocolate in this mixture to fill 3 different molds.
Store in airtight container in freezer for up to a month (ours never make it that long).
