Super easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Medjool Dates, Pitted
  • 1-¼ cup Lightly Toasted Unsweetened Shredded Coconut, Divided
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Nut Butter Of Your Choice
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Vanilla Exract
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Unrefined Cacao Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Fleur De Sel

Preparation

In a food processor, add dates (you can soak them if they’ve gotten a bit hard, then drain the water), 1 cup lightly toasted unsweetened shredded coconut, nut butter of your choice (I used peanut because that’s my favourite at the moment), vanilla extract, cacao powder and fleur de sel. Pulse to combine.

Once all the ingredients are well-combined, form little balls. Roll them in the remaining shredded coconut and line them on a baking sheet greased with coconut oil or lined with parchment paper.

Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy!
