If you put vegetables on a pizza it basically becomes a salad, right?
Ingredients
- 1 pound Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Grilled
- 1 Tablespoon BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Broccoli Florets, Steamed
- ½ cups Grape Tomatoes, Cut In Halves
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 425 F. Roll out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and sprinkle with most of the mozzarella cheese. Cube your grilled chicken, put it into a bowl toss it with the BBQ sauce, then add it on top of the cheese. Top pizza with broccoli florets and grape tomatoes, followed by the remaining amount of cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy!
