Ingredients
- 1 whole Carrot, Peeled, Cut Into Chunks
- 1 stalk Celery, Cut Into Pieces
- 1 whole Banana, Cut Into Chunks
- ¼ cups Fresh Chopped Spinach
- ½ cups Tomato Juice
- ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Whey Protein Powder
- Dash Of Hot Sauce (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, add carrot and celery and pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and blend 1 minute to combine.
Pour into a chilled tall glass and enjoy!
