Description
In ‘Casino Royale,’ James Bond invents and names his classic drink, the Vesper Martini: ‘Three measures of Gordon’s, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet.’
This is our simple adaptation. If you are using this for my Bond’s Cupcakes, omit the ice.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces, fluid Tanqueray Gin
- 2 ounces, fluid Vodka (top Shelf, Or Whatever You Enjoy)
- 1 ounce, fluid Lillet Blanc
Preparation
Combine ingredients over ice in a shaker.
Shake well, strain into a martini glass. Enjoy!
If you find that the Lillet is too strong (it can come off as too sweet sometimes), scale back to half an ounce.
