Description

Warm weather is just around the corner and I can’t wait to serve this Vietnamese Iced Coffee—it’s sweet and full of warm spices like cinnamon and cardamom, but it’s served over ice which makes it very refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup High Quality Ground Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • ½ teaspoons Freshly-ground Nutmeg
  • 5  Whole Cloves
  • 8 cups Water
  • 10 ounces, fluid Sweetened Condensed Milk (or More To Taste)

Preparation

Combine coffee, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and cloves in a bowl; set aside.

In a 4-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil; remove from heat. Stir coffee and spice mixture into hot water and steep for 10 minutes; strain and discard the coffee grounds.

Stir strained coffee and sweetened condensed milk together and serve over ice.
