Description
I created this recipe as an alternative to oatmeal, and it hits the spot! I enjoy it with dairy-free yogurt, berries, and sometimes a drizzle of maple syrup. One batch makes about enough servings for one person for the week.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Millet
- 3 cups Water
- 3 cups Dairy Free Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Put everything in your slow cooker and turn on low for 5 hours.
When cooled, transfer to a bowl or container and keep in the fridge. I make a batch each week!
