Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Dark Chocolate
  • 6 ounces, weight Butter
  • 4  Eggs, Room Temperature
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • ¼ cups Flour
  • Confectioners Sugar, For Sprinkling

Preparation

Melt chocolate on the stove using a double boiler. Melt butter for 20 seconds in the microwave.

In a medium size bowl, mix eggs and sugar with a whisk for a few minutes. Add flour.

Add egg mixture to melted chocolate and butter. Mix everything until combined.

Pour mixture into greased ramekins. Bake directly in the oven at 390ºF for 14 minutes.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
