    Description

    Creamy Spinach Artichoke dip full of cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella and flavor.

    Ingredients

    • 1 package (8 Oz. Size) Cream Cheese, Softened
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 package (about 1.4 Oz. Packet) Knorr Homestyle Vegetable Soup & Dip Mix
    • 1 pinch Minced Garlic
    • 1 package (10 Oz. Size) Frozen Chopped Spinach, Well Drained
    • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Artichoke Hearts, Chopped
    • 2 packages (12 Oz. Size) Parmesan Or Mozzarella Cheese, Divided

    Preparation

    In a medium size bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, Knorr dip mix, and garlic (if using). Stir in the drained spinach, artichoke hearts and 3 cups of the cheese.

    Spread mixture in a 9 x 12 baking dish, sprinkle with remainder of cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at the edges.

    Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
