    Description

    A light, refreshing summer drink made with fresh watermelon and sparking mineral water.

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups Watermelon, Seedless
    • 1 cup Ice Cubes
    • 1 teaspoon Sugar
    • Sparking Mineral Water Or Club Soda
    • Watermelon Wedges, For Garnish

    Preparation

    Add watermelon, ice cubes and sugar into a blender. Process until smooth. Pour about 3/4 cup into each glass. Top with sparkling mineral water or club soda. Garnish with a wedge of watermelon.
