Ingredients
- ¼ cups Shredded And Sweetened Coconut
- 1 cup (heaping) Seedless Watermelon, Cubed
Preparation
In a pan or skillet, toast the shredded, sweetened coconut on medium-high heat. Toast for approximately 10 minutes, or until the coconut starts to brown and become stiff. Put watermelon into a dish. Garnish the watermelon with the coconut and dig in!
