Description
This Whipped Strawberry Delight is filled with sweetened cream and luscious strawberries. A perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cold Heavy Whipping Cream
- ⅓ cups White Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries, Thawed
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat cream with an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with paddle attachment until stiff peaks form, about five minutes. Add sugar and vanilla and mix well. Set aside.
In the canister of a blender, puree strawberries until they become a thick liquid. Set aside.
Spoon whipped cream in the bottom of a serving glass or dish, filling about ¼ of the way full. Layer with strawberries and then top with more whipped cream. Repeat with the rest of servings.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
