White bean hummus with lemon and feta, a quick and easy dip that’s perfect for a picnic.
Ingredients
- 1 can (about 15 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained
- 3-⅝ ounces, weight Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1 clove Garlic (small)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, Finely Chopped
Preparation
Blitz the beans, feta, garlic and lemon juice in a mini food processor with plenty of black pepper until fairly smooth. Add the chopped chives and mix well.
