  • 2-¼ cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 2  Eggs, Medium Sized
  • 2-½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1-½ cup White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In a large bowl, cream butter and both sugars using a hand mixer.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and matcha.

Add 1 egg at a time to the butter and sugar bowl. Mix in vanilla extract. Gradually add flour mixture, while mixing on low speed. You will need to increase the speed as you add more of the flour mixture.

Once all of the flour mixture has been added, stir in walnuts and white chocolate chips.

Roll 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on an un-greased baking sheet. Bake cookies for 12–14 minutes.
