The best white chocolate macadamia cookies you’ve ever had! Don’t over-bake and you’ll have the perfect soft and chewy cookie!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plus 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ½ cups Softened Butter
  • ⅓ cups White Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 whole Egg, At Room Temperature
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Macadamia Nuts, Chopped
  • ⅓ cups White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. (I baked mine in two batches.)

In a small bowl, sift flour, salt, and baking soda.

In a medium bowl, mix butter and sugars until incorporated. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix. Add flour mixture and, using a wooden spoon, mix until dough starts to form. Do not over-mix. Add macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.

Spoon a heaping teaspoon of cookie dough onto parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 10–13 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool on tray for about 5 minutes. Transfer to a rack to cool.

Store in an airtight container.
