Easy White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies

The white chocolate and macadamia cookies are an absolute delight, with a fascinating contrast of textures and a sublime taste of white chocolate. The preparation of these cookies is very simple, so they can become one of your favorite cookies and become more frequent at home.

We started making white chocolate and macadamia cookies with the sole intention of reproducing the recipe of some delicious American cookies we tried in Madrid, which had a spectacular flavor. In our case, rather than using a few nuggets or drops of chocolate, we chose to buy some good white chocolate bars (the quality of which will make a difference) to make white chocolate and macadamia cookies, which have an excellent flavor and texture.

These cookies must be slightly soft on the inside, so keep that in mind when calculating cooking times. As a result, they will harden and become more crunchy as they cool, so don’t worry if they are soft when you remove.
