Wine plus fruit plus ice equals delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750ml Size) Chilled White Zinfandel
  • ½ cups Peach Schnapps
  • 2 Tablespoons Orange Liqueur, Such As Grand Marnier Or Cointreau
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar, Or To Taste
  • 2 whole Cinnamon Sticks, Broken In Half
  • 1 whole Lemon, Sliced
  • 1 whole Orange, Sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1 whole Nectarine Or Peach, Pitted And Cut Into Wedges
  • Ice, To Serve
  • Club Soda, To Serve

Preparation

Combine white zinfandel, peach schnapps, orange liqueur, sugar, cinnamon sticks, lemon slices, orange slices, strawberries and nectarine wedges in a pitcher; stir to mix. Refrigerate mixture for at least 30 minutes; this allows the flavors to blend.

Fill wine glasses with ice. Remove cinnamon sticks from wine/fruit mixture; stir in club soda.

Pour sangria over ice. Makes 6 servings.
