Description
Soft and fluffy and full of brown sugar, these pancakes are delicious and oozing with banana flavor. They make your kitchen smell like freshly baked banana bread.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Bananas
- 1-⅓ cup Milk
- ¼ cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- ¾ cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Preparation
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. In a large bowl, mash bananas until soft. Whisk in milk, brown sugar, and vanilla. Stir in oats, flour, baking powder, and salt and mix batter until combined. Spray the heated pan with nonstick spray and drop pancakes into the skillet, flattening them just a bit. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on one side, then flip to cook the other side. Repeat with the remainder of the batter. Garnish with your favorite topping (e.g. brown sugar) before serving!
