Description
A healthy version of pancakes that you can feel good about.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 whole Egg (or 2 Egg Whites)
- 1-¼ cup Fat Free Skim Milk
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in wet ingredients until mixed but still somewhat lumpy.
Pour batter onto a lightly greased medium-high heat griddle and bake until the top starts to bubble. Then flip until the other side reaches your desired doneness. Then serve!
