This IS an incredibly delicious and low point breakfast. But it is high in fat. Considering it’s Christmas and all the things that we will eat later in the day, I think it’s a better option than fattening cinnamon buns. Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk (1%)
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 dash Salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Sweetleaf Stevia Or Substitute 1/2 Cup Honey ( This Will Change Your Nutrition Info)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and melt the butter in your pie dish while the oven is warming up. Watch carefully so the butter doesn’t turn brown.
Blend all the rest of the ingredients in your blender or whisk by hand. Pour the mixture into your dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Mine was perfect at 15.
