Description
A smoothie to blast away your winter blues. Ginger lifts your spirits and the sweetness of wild blueberries will blast away your winter blues!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chai Latte Mix (See Note)
- 1 teaspoon Freshly Grated Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Ground Flaxseed
- 1 Banana, Sliced And Frozen
- ½ cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a blender. Give it a whirl until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
Note: For this recipe, I used a premixed soy based vanilla chai latte beverage from Bolthouse Farms. You can use any mix you’d prefer. Tazo has a nice organic chai mix that you can add any milk to create a latte mix.
