Three ingredient Wild Blueberry Snack Smoothie is packed with protein (no powder) and nutrients, a satisfying snack or post workout refuel!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
  • ½ cups Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Flax Milk (or Other Non Dairy Milk)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients and enjoy! You can add more ice or milk to achieve the desired thick or thinness of your smoothie, I know everyone is different in preference! Use regular milk if you want to amp up the protein a bit.
