Description
Make a big batch of wings to serve a crowd.
Ingredients
- 4-½ pounds Frozen Split Chicken Wings
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce, Your Favorite
- ½ cups Buffalo Wing Sauce (such As Frank’s RedHot Wing Sauce)
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce (such As VH Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Prepare 3 pans by spraying generously with cooking spray, or lining with parchment paper. Use three 9×13 pans, or one cookie sheet plus two 9×13 pans.
Place wings on pans and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes. Stir or turn the wings so they bake evenly. Reduce oven heat to 325ºF and bake an additional 40 minutes, stirring once in between.
Now add 1 kind of sauce to each pan of wings. Bake an additional 30 minutes, stirring once or twice. Sprinkle the teriyaki wings with sesame seeds.
Note: Another wing style to make is salt and pepper. Leave a pan without sauce and season with additional salt and pepper.
