Ingredients
- 12 whole Wonton Wrappers
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2-½ cups Cooked Chicken
- ¼ cups Stir Fry Sauce
- ½ cups Sesame Vinaigrette Dressing, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
- ½ cups Coleslaw Dressing
- 4 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 4 whole Green Onions, Sliced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly brush wonton wrappers with olive oil. Drape over the side of a casserole dish. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
In a large skillet, combine chicken, stir fry sauce, 6 tablespoons of sesame dressing, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Cook until warmed through.
In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix and cole slaw dressing.
Divide chicken and slaw mixture evenly between wonton tacos. Top with cilantro, green onions, and remaining sesame dressing.
