Ingredients
- 1 piece Raw Small Zucchini, Unpeeled, Cut Into Cubes Small
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- ⅛ teaspoons Agave Syrup
- ½ Tablespoons Chopped Basil
- ½ Tablespoons Chives, Chopped
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ½ pieces Avocado, Small Cubes Cut
Preparation
Mix all ingredients, adding in the avocado cubes at the end. Put scoops of the mixture in Chinese spoons, portioned for finger food and decorate with chopped chives. Serve the dish fresh and chilled.
