A warm and comforting cocktail with a kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 ounces, fluid Egg Nog Ice Cream Or Egg Nog
  • 6 ounces, fluid Boiling Water
  • 1-½ ounce, fluid Spiced Rum
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

Preparation

Combine butter and sugar in a small bowl. Add the egg nog ice cream and whisk in the boiling water. Stir in the rum, cinnamon and nutmeg and garnish with whipped cream if desired.
