Description
This chip dip is a requirement at all my family gatherings and many friends and co-workers have fallen in love with it as well. People are sometimes turned off by the orange color, but 9.99 times out of 10, they love it once they try it. Extremely easy to make, it’s definitely a fan favorite. I rarely can get away with making a single batch—I usually have to double or quadruple the recipe!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
- ⅓ cups Western Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- ¼ teaspoons Onion Salt (optional)
Preparation
Once cream cheese is room temperature, put all ingredients into a bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until no lumps remain.
Serve with pretzels or, my favorite, Ruffles chips!
