Description
Great snack for the children—frankly, I love them too!
Ingredients
- 4 whole Flour Tortillas (I Use Large Ones)
- 2 whole Ripe Bananas, Smashed
- 2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- ⅛ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- ¼ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
Preparation
In a bowl, add bananas, sugar, cinnamon, honey, vanilla, and nutmeg. Stir well.
On a clean work surface, lay one tortilla. Spread peanut butter on tortilla and add a helping of banana mixture, spreading evenly. Roll up (like a burrito) and, with the seam side down, cut into 1 to 2-inch thick rounds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining ingredients.
I like to refrigerate these about 20 minutes or so before serving, but that’s optional—they can be enjoyed right away. Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate.
