A delicious dip for warm tortilla chips.
Ingredients
- 3 whole Ripe Avocados
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 whole Fresh Lemons, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
Preparation
In a food processor, add avocados and pulse several times. Add softened cream cheese, lemon juice and zest, and salt. Process until creamy.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve. When ready to serve, stir well.
We love this with warmed homemade tortilla chips. Enjoy!
