Description

A sweet and salty cream cheese dip with apricot preserves, bacon, and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Neufchâtel Cheese Or Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • ¼ cups Low Fat Sour Cream
  • ⅔ cups Apricot Preserves
  • 6 strips Cooked Bacon, Room Temp And Finely Chopped
  • ¼ cups (rounded) Chopped Pecans
  • Salty Crackers (I Use Ritz) For Dipping

Preparation

Place cream cheese and sour cream in a medium mixing bowl.

Place apricot preserves in a small microwaveable bowl. Microwave for about 20 seconds to soften. Add to cream cheese and sour cream. Whip until smooth. Stir in bacon and pecans. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with crackers.
