Description

Sit by the pool or lake and enjoy this delicious cold dip served with a platter of fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cheese And Garlic Croutons
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • Finely Chopped Fresh Chives

Preparation

In a blender, add cheese and garlic croutons and pulse to a crumbly consistency. Empty into a bowl with softened cream cheese and sour cream. Add chopped fresh chives and stir with a sturdy spatula.

Serve with a platter of fresh cut veggies, carrots, celery, peppers, broccoli, etc. Enjoy!

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container.
