Description

Blended with bananas and the fruit known as sapota, plus a number of good-for-you ingredients, this is the milkshake with superpowers. Sapota is a Latin American fruit also called chico or sapodilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Ripe Banana, Peeled, Cut Into Half Inch Slices And Frozen
  • 4 slices Frozen Sapota (substitute With Half A Ripe Pear, Apple, Even Avocado)
  • 6 whole Raw Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Oats (I Use Old Fashioned)
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 2 cups Cold Nonfat Milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in an electric blender, put the lid on and process on medium speed until smooth or your desired consistency is reached. Pour into 2 glasses and drink.
