Description

A healthy drink to switch to instead of our bottled morning drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Avocado , Peeled And De-seeded, Cut Into Chunks
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Sugar

Preparation

Add the ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.

Note: Half an avocado will serve two. The fruit does not have any water content so it will be thick and creamy. The fruit is so smooth once you blend it, it will look like custard, so use water to bring it to the consistency you like.
