Description

I loved the White Frostea from Argo so much that is was a no-brainer that we had to recreate it.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 4 whole Mint Leaves
  • 3 teaspoons White Tea
  • ½ cups Milk
  • ½ Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 ounce, weight Good White Chocolate (we Used Lindt)

Preparation

In a small saucepan, heat water and mint leaves until water comes to a rapid boil. Spoon out the mint leaves and remove pan from heat. Fill a tea ball with white tea and drop it in the saucepan. Steep for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the milk up in the microwave for 30 second intervals, or in a separate saucepan over medium heat. You don’t want it to boil but it should be hot. Set hot milk aside.

Remove the tea ball and pour the tea into a mug. Pour in the hot milk and top with sugar. Quickly add the white chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth. Serve immediately.
