Description
Carrot cake in the form of healthy breakfast oatmeal!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Small Carrot, Grated
- ⅓ cups Oats
- ⅓ cups Almond Milk (or Soy, Regular, Etc.)
- ¼ cups Plain Low-fat Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Light Cream Cheese
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Ginger
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, drizzle with maple syrup (if desired). Enjoy for breakfast, no cooking necessary.
