Description

A cool creamy mango smoothie with a hint of spice!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt (not Non-fat)
  • ½ cups Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cardamom

Preparation

Place mango, yogurt, milk and honey in the blender and process until smooth. Divide into one large glass or two small glasses and top with cardamom.
