  • 1 whole Orange, Peeled, 1 Should Yield About 1/2 Cup Chopped
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Pitted, 1 Should Yield About 2/3 Cup Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Finely Diced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Finely Chopped
  • ½ whole Lime, Juiced
  • A Few Dashes Of Hot Sauce (optional)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste

Preparation

Mix chopped mango, orange and avocado in a large bowl. Fold in onion, cilantro, and lime juice and toss well to coat. Taste and add salt, pepper and hot sauce to your liking.

Best made the day of serving. When prepared cover the surface with plastic wrap, pushing the plastic directly onto the salsa to avoid air contact. This will help prevent the avocado from discoloring. Chill until ready to serve.

Recipe makes 2 3/4 cups.
